I’m an improvising vocalist and composer that interprets materials from different angles.  Through jazz, the blues, free improvisation and intimate musical conversations, I wanted to share with you what I do and the variety of approaches I love to take through sound.  Below are some sounds (some on record, most not) that I’ve posted to SoundCloud over the past few years.  If you check these out and like what you hear, feel free to share away. Thanks for listening.

  3. I never worked with him and believed he already passed on when I moved there. The bassist I worked with a lot worked with him though and aonly had great things to say about his playing! thanks for being there – we had such a great time.

  4. Dear Fay,
Just a note to say that the first music my sister and I listened to this New Year’s Day was a recording you did with Anders Nillsen of Joshua Fit the Battle of Jericho. It was the first time my sister heard you and Anders. It expressed and enriched in so many ways how we feel we must face the new year. Thank you for that. Wishing you a brave new year.
